Coach Greg has helmed the team since 2014 and brings over 25 years of experience in the sport of swimming to the Southbridge Seals. Coach Greg swam collegiately at the State University of New York (SUNY) College at Oneonta where he served as the captain of the Men’s Swimming and Diving Program. He also Coaches for the Prince William Swim Club (The Amberjax) as well as Assistant Coaches for Forrest Park HS. He has extensive experience working with swimmers of all ability levels, helping challenge them to achieve their goals while also emphasizing the importance of having fun and enjoying the sport. He is looking forward to providing a fun filled experience for the swimmers and their families this season.

Coach Liz is excited to join the Southbridge Seals as an Assistant Coach this season!  She grew up swimming year-round on teams throughout Northern Virginia and spent many summers both swimming and coaching in the NVSL.  Coach Liz currently serves as an Assistant Coach with Prince William Swim Club (Amberjax), where she works with developing swimmers on technique, confidence, and a love for the sport.  She is passionate about creating a positive, encouraging environment where swimmers can improve, have fun, and reach their goals.  She is looking forward to a great season and getting to know all of the swimmers and families!

Coach Shaila has been a member of the Southbridge Swim Team since 2010 and has been serving as an Assistant Coach since 2019. In addition to summer swimming, she was also a top performer on her Potomac Senior High School swim team. Shalia was a premier breaststroker for the program while she was a swimmer and is excited for the opportunity to pass her knowledge down to the younger swimmers in the program to help them strive for success and achieve their goals.
