Seals on Campus
The Southbridge Seals have a long tradition of producing high-performing swimmers. Many swimmers from the program have excelled in both USA Club Swimming and High School Swimming, achieving remarkable success and setting numerous records. Below are some of our swimmers who have continued their swimming careers at the collegiate level, showcasing the strength and dedication fostered within our program.
Arielle joined the Seals in 2017 and was a all-around standout swimmer for the team. Arielle held multiple team records from the 8&U Division through the 15-18 division. Arielle was also a standout swimmer at Stafford High School setting the school records in the 100 Breaststroke and 200 Freestyle. Arielle was a 4-time VHSL State Qualifier in freestyle and breaststroke events.
Mason joined the Seals in 2014 and immediately started to make an impact. Mason held multiple team records from the 8&U Division through the 15-18 Division and served as the standard for swimming excellence during his tenure with the Seals. Mason was also a standout swimmer at Forest Park High School setting the school records in the 100 Freestyle along with being a member of the record holding 200 Medley, 200 and 400 Freestyle Relays team records. Mason was a 3-time VHSL Class 6A State Qualifier in the freestyle sprint events.
Alyssa joined the Seals in 2012 and was a standout in the butterfly and backstroke events for the team. Alyssa held multiple team records from the 8&U Division through the 15-18 Division. Alyssa was also a standout swimmer at Forest Park High School setting the school record in the 100 Backstroke along with being a member of the record holding 200 Medley Relay. Alyssa was a 3-time VHSL Class 6A State Qualifier in the butterfly and backstroke events.
Aaron joined the Seals in 2014 and set an example of how hard work and perseverance pays off. Learning to swim at 8, Aaron dedicated himself to the sport and joined the USA Swim Club, Amberjax where we trained hard to qualify for national level meets and the opportunity to swim with some of the best swimmers in the country. During his time with the Seals, Aaron was on multiple relays which set the team record, as well as a record holder in the Boy’s 15-18 50 Freestyle.
Kayley joined the Seals in 2016 and excelled in the freestyle and butterfly events for the team. She held several team records for individual events and relays in multiple age groups. Kayley attended Forest Park High School where she was a 3-Time VHSL Class 6A State Qualifier and a member of the 200 Medley Relay Team record.
Owen joined the Seals 2010 and was the gold standard for the program for his years on the team. At one point, Owen owned every record at every age group he swam in. During High School Owen attend Potomac High School where he served as team captain and set several team records, most notably in the 100 Breast and 200 IM.
Lindsay joined the Seals in 2010 was a standout swimmer who was a multiple record holder across multiple age groups for the team. Lindsay was also a standout swimmer at Forest Park High School setting the school records in the 100 Fly and 100 Breaststroke along with being a member of the 200 Medley, 200 and 400 Freestyle Relays team records. Lindsay was a 4-time VHSL Class 6A State Qualifier earning a top 5 finish in 2021.
